How Apple Inc. became first Trillion Company
Now the business founded by Steve Jobs and his pal Steve Wozniak in a Los Altos garage in 1976 truly stands alone. Apple Inc.’s market capitalization was a paltry $3 billion when Jobs returned to the wounded company in 1996. Steve came as an interim CEO and turned to its opposition Microsoft for a 150 million cash infusion to help pay its bills.
Mr. Steve Jobs intorduced iPhone and iPods which help the company to be stable. Now, it’s $1 trillion. Apple could lose its lead to the likes of Alphabet Inc or Amazon.com Inc if it does not find a major new product or service as demand for smartphones loses steam.
