Demi Lovato is an American singer, songwriter and actress. Lovato had suffered from depression, an eating disorder, and self-harm when she went into rehab at the age of 18. The singer has spoken honestly in interviews about her use of cocaine and addiction to alcohol. She use to take cocaine several times a day and smuggled cocaine onto airplanes. In 2017, Lovato publicly reveled that her treatment at Timberline Knolls was not entirely successful.
Reportedly she suffered from drug overdose. An assistant found Lovato, unconscious and unresponsive on her bed. She was partying all night to celebrate a backup dancer’s birthday. The unnamed assistant checked on the singer. When the assistant failed to active Lovato, she called 911. Lovato was unconscious when paramedics arrived. Someone in Lovato’s Hollywood Hills home informed paramedics that Lovato had been partying all night. There suffered from an overdose. She was then hospitalized.
A source close to Lovato’s family previously told CNN the singer’s hospitalization was the result of an apparent drug overdose. “Demi is awake and with her family, who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support,”. Her family respectfully ask for privacy as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.”
